A general report such as the Key Findings should meet most of your needs, but different audiences may require different information, types of presentations, and dissemination strategies. The way that you report the findings and what you report is also key. It is important to involve stakeholders in the presentation and be mindful of your audience. It is also key to highlight successes as well as focus attention on areas that might need attention. The following strategies have been taken from Guidebook II: Data Use and Dissemination and may help you in formulating and conducting your presentation.
