The Family Resources and Supports Institute (FRSI) provides training to personnel working in Early Start family resource centers. Through intensive, interactive breakout sessions conducted by experienced parent professionals and their partners, participants
- Gain abilities, skills and knowledge to support their work with families
- Collect timely information on a wide variety of topics and resources important to families of infants and toddlers served under Early Start
- Network and recharge with colleagues

The Family Resource Centers Network of California (FRCNCA) is a coalition of California's 47 Family Resource Centers funded under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Each year at the FRSI Networking Reception, FRCNCA presents awards to one family resource center (FRC), one FRC staff person or volunteer, and one professional, recognizing their commitment and contribution to support of families of children with disabilities. FRCNCA welcomes your nominations for these awards.
