The project:
- maintains the California Early Start Library, a specialized collection of over 4,000 books, journals, and media loaned statewide;
- assists the California Department of Developmental Services in providing public awareness and outreach;
- disseminates over 265,000 resources yearly to interested individuals; and
- provides information, linkage, and referral via a toll-free phone number, 800.869.4337.
