Project Description: The California Early Start Library, funded by the California Department of Developmental Services, is a specialized collection of early intervention resource materials and information. This free information service helps families, specialists, educators, caregivers, advocates, and other service providers who are working to improve the lives of infants and toddlers with disabilities or those at risk for developmental delays.
