Project Description: Funded by the First 5 California Children and Families Commission (CCFC), the Special Needs Project works with 10 demonstration sites established by CCFC to promote systems change and coordinate interactions to serve families of young children with special needs, including those whose disabilities have not yet been diagnosed.
