Project Description: Through a federal General Supervision Enhancement Grant to the State of New Hampshire for Continuous Assessment Monitoring System, Learning Innovations (LI) assisted with the coordination and facilitation of an interagency effort between the Department of Education and the Department of Health and Human Services. The purpose was to strengthen linkages across New Hampshire's systems of services by creating a Joint Improvement Plan.

This Joint Improvement Plan targeted the areas of cultural competence, data-driven decision-making, family and parent involvement, transitions, and early literacy. In addition, community-based teams gathered during summer 2004 to develop community-based interagency improvement plans that are currently being implemented. This work is being extended through the Cornerstone Project.
