Project Description: This project involves a study of the special education placement patterns and practices in the eight northeastern states, specifically looking at the area of Least Restrictive Environment (LRE). The study explored the comparability of LRE placement data across states and made recommendations for improving the accuracy and validity of data collection efforts.
