This evaluation will focus on whether the school-based mental health and support services delivery system in the SMMUSD achieved its desired objectives.

WestEd’s evaluation will answer the following set of questions:

1. What factors contribute to the successful delivery of school-based mental health and support services?

2. What is the impact of the current system of school-based mental health and support services on students and their families?

3. What are the strengths of the current delivery system? What are its weaknesses and what can be done to address them?
