Goals of the Service
WestEd staff often bring students' voices into our postsecondary and career research studies. Our primary goal is to ensure that understanding the impact on student experiences is central to discussions of policy development and implementation.
Format of the Service
WestEd staff use student voices throughout our reports to illustrate research findings and support policy recommendations.
We also provide technical assistance, such as the development of student focus group toolkits, facilitation, and analyses of transcripts, for those interested in including student experiences in their own research or policy efforts.
