Thomas Burton has been the Fiscal/Office Manager in the Boston (Woburn) office of Learning Innovations at WestEd since 1996. His responsibilities include fiscal oversight, daily financial operations, fiscal analysis, and providing information and support to staff.

Prior to joining WestEd, Burton was part of the fiscal team at the Northeast Regional Laboratories for five years. He has had a varied career in finance, working for both profit and nonprofit organizations over a 30-year period.

Burton graduated from the University of Toledo after serving three years in the U.S. Army.
