The T4S Classroom Observation Protocol is a research-based tool that districts and schools can use to determine and plan for the professional development needs of their teachers.
In this interactive session, Huck Fitterer, Assistant Director of WestEd's Southwest Comprehensive Assistance Center, and Lynn Thompson, Assistant Superintendent of the Crane School District (Yuma, AZ), will introduce the protocol and explain how it influences both the quality of classroom instruction and student achievement.
