Infant Specialist
Taylor Barrington joined WestEd in 2002 as a Stipend Trainer for WestEd's Program for Infant/Toddler Care, where she provides community-based training to staff working in child care and development programs.
Previously, Barrington was a Child Development Specialist and Assistant Director of an infant/toddler program for Pasadena City College's child development center. She was also a mentor for the state of California, working with student teachers who were studying early childhood education.
Barrington received an AS in liberal arts with a specialization in early childhood education from Pasadena City College; and a BA in human development with a specialization in early childhood education as well as an MA in human development, both from Pacific Oaks College.
