Tool kits for DRDP© (2010) Assessment Instruments: The following age level toolkits each contain: an age appropriate Documentation Record (for portfolios), an age appropriate DRDP© (2010) Observation Worksheet to organize anecdotal notes, age appropriate samples of anecdotal notes, photos, and work samples; and an age appopriate template to make mini-measures (a pocket-sized tool to assist teachers working with the Desired Results Developmental Profile in their observations of children).
