The downloadable files below have been published in several popular software formats and require that you have the correct reader software installed to view them:

Adobe Acrobat Reader: You must install Adobe Acrobat Reader v5.0 or higher to view and utilize the downloadable documents provided in the Portable Document Format (PDF) file format. You may download the most current version of the Reader software by clicking here.

Microsoft Word, Excel, and NJ Star: You will need to have Microsoft Office, Word, or Excel installed to view and utilize the downloadable documents provided in the .DOC and/or .XLS file formats. You will need to have NJ Star installed to view and utilize the downloadable Chinese documents provided in the .NJX file formats.
You may want to first save these files and then open them on your computer, rather than attempting to view each file within your internet browser.
