Working With WestEd

WestEd's partnership with the federal government traces back to 1966, when Congress first funded a network of Regional Educational Laboratories to find practical, research-based ways to improve the academic achievement of our nation's children. Our work has since expanded well beyond K-12 education.

We address areas such as early childhood care and education, health and prevention, school improvement, mathematics, and science education and literacy. Within these areas, we provide research and development, evaluation, assessment, policy analysis, training, technical assistance, and other consulting services to federal, state, and local governments, foundations, and community organizations.

We welcome the opportunity to discuss how our services and products can support your work on behalf of children, families, and communities. For more on working with WestEd, please see below or contact us at WorkWithWested@wested.org.
