the elements needed to establish, successful implement and maintain a
community electronic bulletin board. They will then identify the
critical concepts teachers, parents, and other students will need to
learn related to the identified issues. The concepts will be
developed by the students with the assistance of the teacher and
community volunteers. The second component of this TIP is the
continued operation and upgrading of the system to add new features
for access by both school and home users. The students will learn
all the elements of maintaining an electronic bulletin board
