- An "audit trail" to document and reconstruct the collaborative process.
- Configurable tools for knowledge access, composition, annotation, and distribution among collaborators.
- Linking in Netbook with student portfolios.
- Student use of multiple representations (movies, text, graphics, statistics) to express ideas.
