New Services: Improving Secondary Education and Transition Professional Development

WestEd’s Center for Prevention & Early Intervention recently introduced three new workshops designed to help administrators, educators, service providers, and parents improve secondary education and transition.

Participants in the one-day, on-site workshops will learn to create individualized education programs for students with disabilities using language that is both compliant and meaningful. These workshops, offered individually or as a package, combine direct instruction with hands-on practice:
