Every student deserves a great teacher. States, educator preparation programs (EPPs), and K–12 leaders can work together to make this happen.

This Data Quality Campaign report presents policy recommendations for states to support the continuous improvement of EPPs. The report also highlights key data challenges faced by EPPs, how states can address these challenges through policy and practice, and examples of states leading this work.

WestEd’s Ellen Mandinach served as a member of the working group for this brief, developed collaboratively over one year with a group of national, EPP, and state-level experts.
