A recent WestEd research study finds that the PBS KIDS Curious George’s Busy Day transmedia suite increased preschool students’ mathematics skills and knowledge and helped them to stay motivated, build social and emotional skills, and develop digital literacy.

This report explores how the suite, used as a summer school intervention, supported preschool mathematics learning. The report also examines the features and benefits of transmedia-based learning in preschool.
