School & College Partnerships: The Missing Link
Description
This Policy Brief examines the problem of having K-12 and higher education operate as “separate silos” and looks at how various partnerships—between individual high schools and colleges, but also between entire K-12 and postsecondary systems—are addressing it.
In addition to describing approaches for achieving coherence, it examines some of the common barriers. It also offers policy recommendations for supporting partnership efforts.
