Staff from WestEd’s SimScientists project are presenting two videos this week at the National Science Foundation (NSF) 2015 Teaching and Learning Video Showcase: Improving Science, Math, Engineering, and Computer Science Education.

SimScientists is a suite of related research and development projects in WestEd’s Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics (STEM) program that focuses on the roles that simulations can play in enriching science learning and assessment.

Human Body Systems and Assessment Systems for Physical Science are the featured SimScientists videos in the NSF online event. The event is open to the public, and viewers can vote on the videos they like. If you like the SimScientists videos, give them a virtual thumbs up by clicking on the “Public Choice” link.

The NSF 2015 Teaching and Learning Video Showcase is being hosted by seven NSF-funded resource centers to showcase cutting-edge NSF work designed to improve teaching and learning.
