WestEd mathematics education experts will present at the 2025 MAA MathFest at the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center in Sacramento, CA on August 6–9, 2025.
This conference, hosted by the Mathematical Association of America (MAA), brings together mathematics education leaders, practitioners, and researchers to explore new and emerging mathematical trends. WestEd will lead or co-lead six sessions, drawing on more than 20 years of experience in math education practice and research.
In addition to paper sessions, town halls, and panel discussions focused on topics like GenAI and mathematics teaching, mathematics education policy, and the future directions for mathematics education, WestEd will host a free, interactive lunch for families, educators, developers, and researchers following the JRMF at MathFest event on Saturday, August 9th.
