Designed to be completed in 15 minutes, this microcourse from the Western Educational Equity Assistance Center (WEEAC) describes ways leaders can modify and allocate a variety of school district resources to improve student outcomes.

During this course, participants will learn to:

  • identify different types of resources in a school district and how they can be allocated and modified to improve student outcomes,
  • assess a data-driven process for identifying and aligning resources in a district, and
  • share ideas and strategies related to allocating resources to improve student outcomes.

Note: The U.S. Department of Education has cancelled the contract for the Western Educational Equity Assistance Center. We believe, however, that the information and resources generated prior to the cancellation of this contract continue to be relevant and helpful to the education community and we will continue to make them available.
