Join WestEd’s Center for IDEA Fiscal Reporting (CIFR) for the Part C IDEA Fiscal Forum 2025 on May 13–15, 2025! The conference’s theme, Foundations and Fundamentals for the Future, will provide an opportunity for state staff, TA providers from multiple centers, Part C coordinators, IDEA state fiscal staff, and OSEP staff to collaborate and share expertise on critical IDEA fiscal issues.
Part C IFF 2025 participants will
- learn how to improve the implementation of IDEA fiscal requirements, ensuring appropriate use and oversight of Part C funds,
- enhance their state’s capacity to collect, report, and use special education fiscal data, and
- collaborate with colleagues within and across states to support continued learning.

Registration
Registration is free, but space is limited. To encourage participation and collaboration from all states, CIFR will pay for lodging for two people with IDEA fiscal responsibilities per state. Please coordinate with your Part C coordinator to determine who the lodging should cover.
NOTE: At this time, the number of registrants per state is capped at two to provide all states an equal opportunity to attend. IDEA fiscal staff from any state that wants to send and pay for more participants should register to be added to the waitlist. If their registration is accepted, CIFR will send an email confirmation by March 24.
