WestEd San Francisco is located on Harrison Street between 3rd and 4th Streets in the area south of Market Street, near Moscone Center, the Yerba Buena Gardens, and the Museum of Modern Art. We are in a green, six-story building on the north side of Harrison Street, next to the Comcast building. Entering the lobby from Harrison Street, the elevators are toward the back and to the left. Please check in at the receptionist's desk on the 5th floor.

BY CAR

From the East Bay across the Bay Bridge

• Take the Harrison Street Exit (exit 2B, first exit on the left).
• Turn left onto Harrison Street.
• Follow Harrison Street just past 3rd Street.

From Highway 101 North from the SF Airport and Peninsula Cities

• Follow the signs to San Francisco and toward the Bay Bridge.
• Take the 4th Street Exit.
• Proceed straight on Bryant Street and turn left at 3rd Street.
• Turn left onto Harrison Street.

From Highway 280 North

• Follow the signs toward Downtown and the Bay Bridge. The freeway turns into a narrow, two-lane ramp above the streets.
• Take the 4th Street Exit.
• Proceed straight on Bryant Street and turn left at 3rd Street.
• Turn left onto Harrison Street.

From Highway 101 South from the Golden Gate Bridge

• Follow the Highway 101 signs, which take you down Lombard Street to Van Ness Avenue.
• Take a left on Van Ness to Bay Street (next to Galileo High School) and turn right.
• Follow Bay Street to the Embarcadero and turn right.
• Follow the Embarcadero to Harrison Street and turn right.
• Continue on Harrison to just past 3rd Street.

Public Parking Garage Directions

• Travel west on Harrison Street, turn right at the corner of Lapu Lapu, and enter the underground public parking garage by taking the lower level entry ramp. The all-day parking fee is $12.

BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

Airport Shuttle and Taxi Service

Shuttle pick-up areas are located outside the main level of the airport on the middle "island." Look for signs by the curb directing you to the correct area. A shuttle dispatcher will call a shuttle for you. Prices range from $10 to $14. Super Shuttle is $12.

Major hotels are serviced by Lorrie Service; the price is $12. Ask the driver if your particular hotel is on their route. WestEd is two blocks from the Argent Hotel San Francisco, which is the first stop on the route. Taxicabs are approximately $35 and the trip takes about 30 minutes, depending on traffic.

BART from the East Bay and Daly City

Get off at the Montgomery Street Station. Once above ground, you will be on Market Street near Montgomery and 2nd Street. Walk along Market Street to 3rd Street. Go left on 3rd Street and walk four blocks (past Mission, Howard, and Folsom) to Harrison Street. Turn right on Harrison Street.

CalTrain

Get off at the last stop, which is 4th Street and Townsend. Walk north on 4th Street (toward Market Street) for three blocks (past Brannan and Bryant) to Harrison Street. Turn right on Harrison Street.
