
Join WestEd, Alliance for a Healthier Generation, and Kaiser Permanente Thriving Schools for a staff well-being webinar to hear strategies from peers and experts to better promote positive staff relationships on January 25 at 1:00 p.m. PT/4:00 p.m. ET.
Health and well-being are fundamental to our success in educating youth, engaging families, collaborating with colleagues, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Therefore, we must put our well-being at the forefront while serving others. Participants will:
- Explore WestEd’s resource, Creating a Culture of Care
- Practice relationship-building activities for staff meetings and events
- Collaborate in regional breakout rooms

Presenters
Lan Nguyen (she/her) is a School Climate Program Associate on the Resilient and Healthy Schools and Communities team and serves as a technical assistance provider for the California Center for School Climate. In this role, she supports and guides local education agencies across the state in their school climate improvement efforts.
Antoinette Miller (she/her) is a Program Associate on the Resilient and Healthy Schools and Communities team. She provides coaching, technical assistance, and professional learning to schools, districts, and county offices of education. Currently, she supports the California Center for School Climate with expertise grounded in school climate and culture, mindfulness, healing-centered and restorative practices, and SEL.
