Her expertise includes the procurement and implementation of contract life cycle management (CLM) systems, helping organizations streamline workflows and enhance visibility across contract portfolios.

She led both contracts and subcontracts teams to successfully deliver on all revenue-generating contracts and skillful procurement across the organization’s 22 subsidiaries. Waters-Levy also ushered in the first ever procurement of a CLM system, giving meaningful reporting and transparency on all contracting and subcontracting processes.
