Literacy is arguably the most crucial aspect of a student’s education. This WestEd Perspectives brief explores the need for integrated and intentional planning in literacy policymaking to better support students with disabilities. Specifically, the brief

  • provides six considerations for states to keep in mind when implementing literacy laws that support students with disabilities, and
