The Pathways to Prosperity Model Blueprint helps schools, networks, districts, and system leaders learn from the Career Academy Network of Public Schools (CANOPS) and consider how similar career academy practices might be adapted in their own contexts. The Blueprint is not a replication manual or a checklist. It is a practical implementation guide that explains the design logic behind a coherent K–12 career-connected school model and helps leaders think through readiness, sequencing, enabling conditions, common risks, and implementation health. Organized around three connected pillars—College and Career Readiness, Professional Learning Communities for Student-Centered Support, and Experiential Learning—the Blueprint supports teams in building systems that connect rigorous academics, career development, adult collaboration, student supports, community partnerships, and real-world application.
