Develop the skills, tools, and systems needed to support aspiring leaders and build leadership capacity in complex times. Participants will build leadership skills through practical tools and models, examine district and site systems that create clear pathways for aspiring leaders, and explore real-life examples from schools and departments.
Building Your Leadership Playbook
Strengthen personal leadership skills to lead with clarity and intention. Participants will practice hands-on strategies and routines leaders use to navigate complexity; apply structures and habits that align daily actions with vision and purpose; and learn from real-world application, implementation insights, and lessons from practice.
The Essential Role of Districts and Schools in the AI Journey
Learn how districts and schools guide the AI journey from early exploration to established use. Participants will explore how to support leaders and teams as they move from curiosity to confident use of AI; strengthen systems that provide guidance, guardrails, and ongoing learning; and share practical lessons learned from schools and districts at various stages of implementation.
