State education agencies (SEA) face multi-layered and complex challenges that require systemic changes to address. While a paradigm shift can be daunting for any team, it is often necessary to achieve desired results.

The Region 15 Comprehensive Center (R15CC) created an iterative Systems Review approach that assists SEAs with considering new and more effective ways to build coherence, increase efficiency, and improve workflow—all in the service of effectively supporting local education agencies (LEAs) in implementing state priorities.
