What was it that first drew you to WestEd, and what has made you stay?
Ann Edwards, Senior Director, WestEd:
I was very lucky to be a part of the Carnegie Math Pathways team. We came from the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching in 2017 when we were looking for a new home. We were looking for an organization that aligned with our mission and would have the kind of culture that would really allow us to grow, to extend our reach and impact, and be able to really allow us to do the kinds of things that we had always imagined that our initiative could be.
