VITAL Collaboration: Visibly Improving Teaching and Learning Through Professional Collaboration

This workshop offers educators productive and efficient ways to use professional learning communities (PLCs) as a vehicle to improve teaching and learning schoolwide. Participants will learn how PLCs can engage educators in formative feedback on all phases of teaching, including planning, implementation, and analysis of student work.
Achieving High Expectations Through District-Charter Collaboration

- Provide a framework for guiding cross-sector collaboration
- Discuss how the New York City Department of Education is encouraging collaboration and shared learning across sectors
