Angela Zhang is a Research Assistant for the English Learners and Migrant Education Services (ELMES) content area team at WestEd. She supports research and evaluation projects by conducting research literature reviews; cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing qualitative and quantitative data; and contributing to report writing for various projects pertaining to students classified as English Learners. Ms. Zhang holds a BA from the University of Houston in Psychology and Chinese Studies, and a Master of Education in Quantitative Analytics from the University of Virginia.
