Hayley Spencer is a Talent Development and Diversity Research Associate located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She supports data collection and analysis for a variety of mixed methods evaluations across the agency. She has experience working in and with colleges, research centers, and the Florida Department of Education. Her research and work experience has been in postsecondary education, with a focus on postsecondary career and technical education. She was an ECMC Foundation Fellow for postsecondary CTE research. Hayley has worked on several projects with the Florida College System and previously served as the Director for Research and Analytics.
