Mansi Master is a Senior Operations Lead on the Postsecondary Pathways and Career Mobility team. In this role, she guides proposals and contracts, monitors budgets, and supports team management, professional development, recruitment, and onboarding with an emphasis on diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice. She is also the Project Director for WestEd’s Code Alignment Project.
During her time at WestEd, Master has worked on various projects, including Evaluation of Early Connections; the Children’s Mental Health Initiative in Alameda (CA) County, funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA); the Evaluation of Communities Putting Prevention to Work, a tobacco-prevention project in Santa Clara (CA) County, funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act; and the evaluation of the WRITE Institute’s Tier 2 writing program for English learners, an English Language Learner study in California middle schools, funded by the Institute of Education Sciences.
Prior to joining WestEd, Master provided coordination, management, and monitoring for the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office–funded LaunchBoard statewide data system and other postsecondary projects.
Master earned her BA in psychology and economics and a Master’s in public administration from George Mason University.
