In this archived webinar, Professor Jeanne M. Powers of Arizona State University shared her research on school segregation in the western region states.

Powers will provided a historical overview and discuss court cases that shaped contemporary desegregation policies. Contemporary patterns of segregation in Arizona, California, and Nevada and the implications for educational equity will also be discussed.
